The relationship we have enjoyed with Malone Accounting has been excellent. The enthusiasm of Aidan Malone in particular for our project has been evident throughout and the introduction of Xero has proved an invaluable tool for our business from day 1 of starting. As we have grown in our experience, the use of Xero has also grown and it has proved worthy of any challenges we have given to it. The ease of use and the ability to produce whatever reports we require has been excellent and has enabled us to keep up to date with exactly where we are financially at any moment in time. The online video tutorials are simple enough to follow and allow the convenience of learning more about Xero and its uses at any time.
Also, any of staff we have approached, for example in connection with payroll, have proved themselves to be efficient and very helpful. All of great benefit to a new start up business finding its way.
