Receipt Bank is an award-winning Xero add-on which makes data collection more streamlined and easier to manage. Taking everything online, this fantastic software helps keep your purchase invoices up-to-date, so your office will no longer be home to boxes of receipts and other paperwork.

Just take a photo of your purchase invoices or receipts on your smartphone or tablet and Receipt Bank will take care of the processing, saving every invoice online. You can even ask your suppliers to email the invoices directly to Receipt Bank, saving you lots of time rather than having to process these manually yourself. We are experts in Receipt Bank and can help you set it up, train you how to use it and benefit from its many great features.

Once you link your bank to your Xero account, you can access real-time records of your finances, while Receipt Bank will update these with receipts and invoices as you scan them in. All relevant data will therefore be securely stored in your online account, ensuring that your business has up-to-date records which are easily retrievable at any time and acceptable to HMRC for VAT recording purposes.
